We are rejoicing in how well Aaron is doing he had his first kidney biopsy this month and results were fantastic they now have him on theraputic levels of prednisone. That alone has reduced the moon face that he had he know looks like his self again although I was growing to love those huge chipmunk cheeks. He will have a heart biopsy on Feb 15 how approprite the day after V Day. We look forward to rave results also. Tjere is a ice cream social planned for Valentines Day in Oakley at Yogurt Island hopefully u can attend. Thank u all for continued prayers

I found your webpage while searching for a connection between heart disease and antidepressant usage. I was overwhelmed by your story and your sons beautiful smile. Thank you for sharing your story to help other families.
I wanted to send you an email to tell you that you are not alone- people, strangers, care for you and your son and are praying for your strength, peace and of course, healing. Aarons blessing would be a new heart, but he is a blessing to us all. There isn't a lot I can do, but perhaps when enough voices reach the sky, together with your love-your prayers will be answered.
God bless you and yours

Thank You all for your continued support and outreaching to God with your prayers for Aaron.
We arrived home yesterday, November 10th -- from UCLA HOME FOR GOOD!

All of Aarons follow up care will be at UCSF. He is doing great -- happy, laughing, excited to be playing and overjoyed to be home with his brothers and family members, he has not been under the same roof with for so long.

Although, I am overjoyed at being home, this situation has left us financially shattered. It is going to take us a long time to get back to our normal lives, and to rummage through the tons of accumulated medical bills and expenses that have occured since living in LA temporarely with Aaron. If there is any way you can help we would greatly appreciate it. I am overwhelmed with it all right now.

We are looking forward to the first holiday season that we can spend together as a family in awhile, and to be thankful to have Aaron happy and healthy.

We are extremly thankful to the donor family that made the most important decision in our lives that gave Aaron Life.

I met "dad" at UCSF. I was doing my son's laundry in one of the small kitchens on the 6th floor. It was Sept. or Oct. of 2009. I am not sure, since that time all ran together for us. My son was there for a bone marrow transplant, which it will be a year tomorrow and things are great.

I have often wondered about little Aaron and his family, and today I looked on his website and cried tears of joy.

Thank you Almighty God for Your hand in this.

God Bless You all Tanner family.
